What do I need to become a vendor?

We ask for minimal information to sign up to become a vendor. No sensitive personal information is required.

How does it work?

Once we have approved your application you will be sent login information for your vendor dashboard. Once you log in you will have complete control over your inventory, pricing, and client communication. Any new products will have to be approved before they go live, this can take 1 to 2 business days.

How much does it cost to list items?

It is free to list items! The only charge is a 12% commission on the sales price. This will be determined by the listed sales price on the site.

Who does the shipping?

Each vendor is responsible for their own shipping. The Copier Source Expo is discharged of any responsibilities related to the shipping of items.

If a vendor needs help coordinating or finding shipping / freighting companies, The Copier Source Expo can use their 25+ years of experience to help you get your machine packed and shipped. This service service can be requested on any of your listings and will incur a charge of $150 per item.

How are returns or refunds handled?

Refunds and returns are only accepted if ( a ) the wrong item was delivered or ( b ) the item description does not match the delivered item.
